Full Disclaimer & Terms
Emergency Situations
If you are unable to attend the showcase due to an emergency, such as illness (with a doctor's note), a catastrophe, or another situation beyond your control, you will be transferred to the next event without additional fees. For other circumstances, a fee will apply to transfer to a future event.
Media Release
By enrolling, you grant The ARTS, hosted by Applause International, and its affiliates the right to use photos, videos, and other recordings of you during the event for promotional purposes.
Liability
By enrolling, you release The ARTS, hosted by Applause International, Applause International, Sertified, ARJ Entertainment and any staff affiliated with The ARTS, Applause International and ARJ Entertainment from all liability. Any relationship or agreement with ARJ Entertainment is solely between you and ARJ.
Behavioral Expectations
All participants must adhere to the code of conduct set forth by The ARTS. Any form of disruptive behavior, disrespect towards staff, or violation of rules will result in immediate dismissal from the event without a refund.
Travel and Accommodations
Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodations. The ARTS may provide discounted rates — please check with ARJ Entertainment for the reservations link.
Participation Acknowledgment
A detailed schedule of workshops, seminars, and performances will be provided closer to the event date. Participants are expected to attend scheduled activities/events in which they have registered.
Feedback/Evaluation Consent
Participants agree to receive constructive feedback from industry professionals as part of the learning process at The ARTS Showcase.
Coaching Disclaimer
The ARTS, hosted by Applause International, does not provide individual coaching services as part of the enrollment. ARJ Entertainment does, however, offer coaching sessions in the areas of development, catered to the individual participant.
Parent/Guardian Participation
Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by one parent or guardian. Only one parent/guardian is allowed per participant. Extra observer passes will be available for purchase from Applause International during the event.
Category Participation
Each enrollment includes participation in three (3) categories. Additional categories must be purchased separately and directly from Applause International.
Payment Terms
By selecting a deposit amount, you agree to be billed for the remaining balance of $1,995, which must be paid in full by November 1, 2026. Billing dates are currently at the 1st of every month.
